Why we practice Iyengar Yoga here?
Iyengar yoga is precise. Belts, blocks and ropes make each pose available to every body — stiff knees, sore backs and all. You are taught, not just led: watched, adjusted, guided.
Classes are small, and the teaching is professional — Ann holds a degree in Sports Science and has taught yoga full-time for 26 years.
